Payment:
Choose the product you wish to purchase.
Click 'Buy Now', where you will be redirected to our secure paypal account.
Login to your account to pay with PayPal or choose 'Don't have a PayPal account' to pay with a credit/debit card.

After Payment:
You will be directed to our order page. Please complete the order form, including a UK delivery address and email address where the invoice will be sent.
Design:
For our service to be as effective as possible, you will need to supply text and any logos you wish to be used within the design. This needs to be emailed to info@jccreate.co.uk as soon as possible, in order not to delay the design process. Once this information is received you will be emailed a design schedule.
Using Images:
If you wish to use any images in the design, please email to info@jccreate.co.uk For files larger than 5mb please contact us. We have an extensive library of royalty free images which can be used (additional charges may apply).
Design Approval:
When you receive your pdf design proof and you are happy, reply to the email with the attached design and include the wording 'Design Approved'. You must check for any errors or omissions before approving a design as JC Create will accept no responsibility for mistakes or errors after a design has been approved. If your pdf design proof requires amendments or changes please contact us.
After Design Approval:
You will be emailed a delivery date. Goods will be delivered up to 10 working days after approval. Express delivery is available at an extra charge.
