| JC Create Terms and Conditions of Business All artwork must be signed off with a proof approval form (provided by JC Create) or by email confirmation. Artwork proofs must be checked carefully for errors and omissions. A signature or email comfirmation constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for all errors, omissions and legal and ethical compliance in a artwork proof. JC CREATE will not accept liability for errors overlooked at final stage of proofing. Any changes from your previously approved copy may be charged extra according to both time and materials. No artwork will be released for production until payment is received in full. If print is organised by JC Create full payment is required from clients before going to production. Quotes are based upon our best understanding of the specifications for the work described, as well as the nature and condition of the necessary materials to be provided for production. Any changes or inconsistencies between our communication and the actual job may alter the price and/or the expected completion date. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Alterations to the original specification are subject to review. Authors alterations are to be charged extra. Any artwork produced by JC Create is owned by us and is subject to copyright until paid for in full. |
